Jahorina, an impressive mountain stretching approximately 30 kilometers in length and 15 kilometers in width, is part of the Dinaric mountain range and is a true gem of the Balkans. Its peak, Ogorjelica, rises to 1,916 meters above sea level, making this mountain one of the highest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The mountain is enveloped by dense coniferous forests, especially on its northern side, where the forest extends up to 1,700 meters in elevation. The Olympic Center Jahorina has been modernized and equipped with three six-person chairlifts, two two-person lifts, and four ski lifts, with a transportation capacity of 13,000 skiers per hour. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, there are 10 kilometers of Nordic trails available in Dvorišta, further enhancing the variety of offerings.
